As part of the London 2012 Cultural Festival, the V&A Museum participated in a partnership project led by Peoples Palace Projects that brought thirty artists from Rio, Brazil, to make work in London for thirty days.
I led the V&A’s contribution to this exciting initiative working with designer Breno Pinechi and Carnival artists Robson Rozza and Eric Fuly. All three artists worked intensively with the public to create new works as well as exploiting social media technologies to actively engage the public in the arts.
